About deutherm cooling

deutherm originated from the Danish company Dantherm and until recently was the Dantherm subsidiary specialising in mobile telecommunication systems and serving the German-speaking region and central Europe.

Headquarter/​​Training

We offer system presentations and technical training courses in our new rooms using demonstration equipment.

The following systems are provided for on-site training:

  • all 3 models of the Flexibox 900 (IDCA, ODCA, ODCA-DO)
  • a DFC 450 system
  • a battery cooling compartment with a 450 watt 48V DC air conditioner
  • a split air-conditioning system
  • a professional 48V DC power supply
  • a mobile 7kW air conditioner

These enable us to demonstrate the interaction and technical differences between overpressure systems, displacement-free coolers and active cooling using air-conditioning systems.

Our training programme also includes

  • special courses in programming the CC 3000 controller
  • courses in remote monitoring with SNMP and WEB-GUI
  • assembly training for installation partners (also on site/live-installation)
  • detailed training for technical planners

All courses can be delivered in German and English.

Production

The products we offer, including the Flexibox and the DFC systems, are manufactured in the Dantherm plant in Skive (Denmark), as in the past.

Story

1958

Established in 1958, Dantherm is among the worldwide leading manufacturers of stationary and mobile cooling and heating systems. For more than 20 years, Dantherm has also built special cooling systems for the infrastructure of telecommunication companies.

2013

Dantherm Cooling was established in Augsburg (Germany) in 2013 to serve the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. That is augmented by pan-European support for two major customers (Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom) as well as their affiliates and subsidiaries.

2018

Dantherm Cooling was renamed deutherm cooling in 2018. The new name was a logical choice for the Germany-based competence centre for the telecommunication market segment. The long-term Managing Director of Dantherm Cooling, Kuno Weiler, became a Managing Partner by acquisition of company shares.

2021

Michael Krämer started to work at deutherm Cooling GmbH on November 1st 2021. He is managing partner of deutherm Cooling GmbH since January 1st 2022, alongside Kuno Weiler.
